Partners' team members share a deep and abiding commitment to housing and community development. We value and enjoy building relationships that lend to the uplift of all community members. Community Members, Business Owners, Activists and Advocates have a voice that we recognize and honor. Working together lessens the load and improves the effectiveness of our strategies whether we are targeting homeownership, workforce development or economic empowerment.
One of Partners' core principles is to encourage and uplift other partners through our work. Most recently, we participated with Monique Jones, Director Outreach of the St. James Missionary Baptist Church Community on a Back-to-School backpack give away to help children and their parents prepare for a successful school year.
In addition, Tiffany Hudson, Director of Real Estate Development and Construction, completed her Leadership Fayetteville, a yearlong leadership development program that culminated with a community service project and the opportunity to highlight the housing needs of the NWA region with Governor Asa Hutchison.
Every now and then we even have the opportunity to speak to a wider audience through local media. Recently, our CEO, Monique Pierre, was a guest on "Later Show with Jason Suel. Our commitment means that we actively participate in community events, engage stakeholders, and connect them to community resources. Tenisha Gist, Director of Community Outreach and Homeownership recently achieved certification for Partners' Homeownership Program. This achievement will allow program participants to be receive their certification upon program completion.
